BOLD, SCULPTURAL, AND LAYERED WITH COLOR, FiNO BRINGS A MEDITERRANEAN-INSPIRED POINT OF VIEW TO DENVER’S EAST COLFAX. ORIGINAL ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENTS MEET RED LACQUER, TERRAZZO, CHROME, BURLWOOD, JEWEL-TONED TEXTILES, AND VINTAGE MID-CENTURY FORMS TO CREATE A RESTAURANT AND WINE GARDEN THAT FEELS WARM, SOCIAL, AND DISTINCTLY ITS OWN.

A MEDITERRANEAN-INSPIRED RESTAURANT AND WINE GARDEN DESIGNED AROUND THE SIMPLE JOY OF GATHERING.

FiNO was conceived as a neighborhood restaurant and wine garden built around the simple pleasure of gathering. Located within the All Inn Hotel, the space carries the spirit of the larger property while establishing an identity entirely its own: expressive, intimate, and designed for afternoons that stretch easily into evenings.

The design pairs a bold, sculptural sensibility with the existing character of the historic building. Original plaster columns and the preserved stone wall from the former Rock Bar sit alongside a terrazzo bar, red lacquer shelving, chrome fixtures, sculpted burlwood, olive-green booths, woven flooring, and vintage mid-century furnishings. Rather than adhering to a single period or aesthetic, the space layers old and new to create a setting that feels collected over time.

At the center of FiNO is a sense of conviviality. The restaurant flows into the wine garden, blurring the boundary between indoors and out and creating different ways to gather throughout the day. The experience was conceived holistically, with interiors, branding, lighting, furnishings, and materiality working together to give FiNO its own unmistakable personality.

The result is a restaurant that feels transportive without being thematic: colorful, tactile, relaxed, and a little unexpected. A destination within the All Inn, but equally designed to stand on its own as a neighborhood gathering place on East Colfax.
