The All Inn Hotel and its on-site Mediterranean restaurant, FiNO, debuted in March 2026 at 3015 E. Colfax Ave. in Denver. Following a $22 million historic restoration of a 1959 motor inn (formerly the Fountain Inn and Rock Bar), the 58-room boutique property features interior designs by Maximalist and a coastal dining concept by Steven Waters.
